Community Room
- Direct access to the arena.
- Perfect space for caterers.
- Contains a long counter, sink, and microwave.
- Rented by itself (for groups up to 30), the room costs $50/hr until 7:30 PM. 7:30 PM and later it costs $75/hr.
- The hour includes set up and clean up time.

Arena
- Approximately 132’ by 60’.Capable of accommodating tables for up to 300 people!
- Close access to the large fire pit.
- Before the event we prepare the arena and lay fresh wood shavings.
- You may decorate as much as you wish; you are responsible for the set up and tear down of all décor.

Added Touches
- Large fire pit (be sure to bring the roasting sticks!)
- Hay wagon in the arena as a platform for a D.J.
- Photo area set up in the arena for pictures.
- Straw bales for sitting or decorating.
- Cleaned, lined water trough for chilling beverages.
- Table/Chair Rental & Setup: We can arrange rental and setup for your event.
- Restrooms: We have two indoor, single person restrooms and two outdoor port-a-potties. Should your group need additional facilities, we would be happy to make arrangements for additional port-a-potties.
- We can recommend caterers that have been at our facility in the past.
